BEACH & WATER ACCESS
Grape Tree sits along the southern stretch of Seven Mile Beach, with direct access to a shoreline that blends coral rock and sand in a more natural, reef friendly setting. This area is excellent for snorkelling, with clear water and plenty of marine life around the nearby shallow water wreck and reef. Underfoot you can expect a mix of sand and coral, and entry to deeper water is often from slightly rockier sections rather than a long, flat sandbar, so water shoes are recommended for comfort.

For classic, softer sandy swimming and longer beach walks, guests can easily reach other sections of Seven Mile Beach a short walk or drive away. Many visitors appreciate Grape Tree’s quieter, slightly more private feel while still being close to the wider Seven Mile Beach experience—please review the description and photos to be sure this style of beach access matches the kind of stay you’re looking for.

These options work well for guests who enjoy a 15–20 minute stroll and prefer not to drive for every meal.

SHORT DRIVE – SEVEN MILE BEACH & CAMANA BAY (APPROX. 3–8 MINUTES)
Within a very short drive or quick taxi ride from Georgetown Villas, you’ll find even more dining choices from casual to upscale along Seven Mile Beach and at Camana Bay:
