BEHAVIORAL GUIDELINES

Guests are expected to respect the neighborhood and quiet hours, and behavior that violates these standards may result in eviction with no refund.

NEARBY AMENITIES & DRIVING TIMES
Mahogany Villa #2 A is conveniently located for exploring Grand Cayman by car while enjoying a calm, waterfront base:
• Supermarket, liquor store, and local shopping/dining: roughly 10 minutes’ drive.
• Seven Mile Beach, Owen Roberts International Airport, and central George Town: typically about 12–15 minutes by car, depending on traffic.
This villa offers a luxurious and comfortable experience for guests looking to soak up the beauty of the North Sound, relax by their own pool, and still be within easy reach of the island’s beaches, restaurants, and activities.

BEACHES & WATER ACCESS
Mahogany Villa #2 A sits directly on a canal leading into the North Sound, so you have waterfront views and a private dock rather than a walk in sandy beach directly in front of the villa. Most guests:
• Use the dock as a launch point for boat trips and Stingray City/snorkel excursions.
• Drive to nearby public beaches and Seven Mile Beach for classic sand and sea days.

TYPICAL DRIVE TIMES TO POPULAR BEACHES (APPROXIMATE)
• Spotts Beach: around 10–12 minutes by car – a favourite for turtle sightings in calm conditions.
• Smith’s Barcadere (Smith’s Cove): roughly 10–15 minutes – small cove with good snorkeling around the rocks and a very local feel.
• Central Seven Mile Beach: about 15–20 minutes – iconic long stretch of soft sand and clear water, great for swimming and walking.
• Governor’s Beach / northern Seven Mile: around 18–25 minutes – quieter sections of Seven Mile with calm water and occasional snorkelling close to shore.

Guests who choose Mahogany 2 A typically love coming “home” to the peaceful canal front setting and private pool after beach days and dinners out, so it’s a strong fit if you value space, quiet, and water access as much as being close to the sand.
