Blue Vista Villa is a spacious 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath oceanfront retreat in the peaceful community of Old Man Bay on Grand Cayman’s North Side, with sweeping sea views, a private saltwater pool, and sleeping space for up to 16 guests.
The property combines a 4 bedroom main villa and a separate oceanfront guesthouse, creating the ideal setup for families, multi generational groups, or friends who want both shared gathering spaces and extra privacy.

BEACH & WATER ACCESS
Blue Vista Villa sits directly on the shoreline in Old Man Bay, with wide ocean views and a private saltwater pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The immediate beachfront in this area is a natural North Side shoreline, with a mix of sand and coral underfoot, making it great for relaxing by the water, beachcombing, and enjoying the view.

Just a short walk down the beach, you’ll find a shallow sandy cove near the On The Bay condos that is ideal for wading and swimming on calmer days. Excellent coral reef snorkeling is also available roughly 100 yards along the shore, where the reef protects the water and offers plenty of marine life for confident swimmers and snorkelers. For comfort and safety, water shoes or fins are recommended anywhere you enter over rock or coral, and guests should always check daily sea conditions before heading into the sea.

Guests who prefer classic, soft sand beach time can also explore North Side and East End public beach areas, as well as Rum Point and Kaibo, all a short drive away and offering easier walk in swimming and beach club style amenities.

BEACH CONDITIONS
Properties on the North Side and East End of Grand Cayman may occasionally see sargassum (seaweed) wash ashore, mostly between May and August. This is a natural, seasonal occurrence throughout the Caribbean, and conditions can vary day to day.

Grand Cayman offers gorgeous beaches, great snorkeling, and plenty to enjoy island-wide, so we don't anticipate it impacting your trip, just a heads-up in case you notice it during your visit.

Blue Vista Villa is located in Old Man Bay on Grand Cayman’s quiet North Side, about a 30–40 minute drive from Owen Roberts International Airport in George Town under typical traffic conditions. The home sits between the Rum Point/Kaibo area and East End, putting you in a convenient spot for exploring both the laid back North Side and the dive friendly East End coastline.

Old Man Bay Beach is just steps from the villa, while a shallow cove suitable for wading and swimming lies a short walk away down the shoreline. Popular nearby spots such as the Mastic Trail, Barefoot Beach, Queen Elizabeth II Botanical Garden, and the East End resort area are all within an easy drive. A rental car is strongly recommended here, as public transportation is limited and driving is the easiest way to reach supermarkets, restaurants, Rum Point, Kaibo, and Seven Mile Beach

Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.
Chisholm’s Market is on the Northside, and is open 7 days a week, and is well stocked with food, supplies, beer, wine & liquor. 15 minutes from the condo.

• A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.

Check out is self service at 11:00 AM, with clear instructions provided; late check out is only available if pre arranged, as time is needed to prepare for incoming guests.
