BEACH & SHORELINE INFORMATION
As with all oceanfront properties in the Cayman Islands, beach conditions can vary due to weather, tides, currents, and seasonal sargassum (seaweed). Sargassum may occasionally affect North Side, particularly during the summer months. While the shoreline is monitored and can be cleaned when necessary, temporary seaweed accumulation may impact beach access or swimming conditions. Water shoes are recommended, as some areas may have natural coral or rocky sections. If you have any concerns about current beach conditions during your stay, please contact the Property Manager for assistance and local recommendations.

BEACH CONDITIONS
Properties on the North Side and East End of Grand Cayman may occasionally see sargassum (seaweed) wash ashore, mostly between May and August. This is a natural, seasonal occurrence throughout the Caribbean, and conditions can vary day to day.

Grand Cayman offers gorgeous beaches, great snorkeling, and plenty to enjoy island-wide, so we don't anticipate it impacting your trip, just a heads-up in case you notice it during your visit.
