- **Anonymous**: "The Mastic Cottage is impeccable; exactly as expected! It is  quite new and in very good condition. The amenities (beach chairs and cooler) were thoughtful and the kitchen equipment was stocked really well. The beds and bedding were very nice and comfortable. The layout was nice and provate with the master bedroom being detached. The yard is huge and beautifully landscaped and designed. Shared with three cottages but each is private. The only improvement would be that it could use a a shaded/landscaped outdoor sitting area as most of the outdoor sitting area is concrete and the open yard area is very open, something like the chapel cabin has with a small trees in pool and patio area. But the attached private walking trail makes up for it!

The owner was around when we were there and he’s was a great source of knowledge on the history of the property. He clearly takes a lot of pride and pleasure in the quality of the property and I enjoyed being toured around. We would stay here again!" (10/5)
