This beautifully designed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, situated on the 3rd floor, offers a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea and beautiful sunsets from the private patio, and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

Accommodation:
The rental is perfect for a group of up to 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 kids/teens, with a King-size bed in the master bedroom with a private full bath, a Queen-size bed in the 2nd bedroom with a private full bath, and a Queen-size pull-out sofa in the living room.

Fully Equipped:
The villa is well-equipped with modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, open-concept living and dining space, and comfortable bedrooms with flat-screen TVs. This includes a Keurig machine and also a regular drip coffee maker.

Inclusions:
There are 4 lightweight folding beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas in the villa for your personal use at Regal Beach, or any of the many other beautiful beaches including Govenor's Beach, Cemetery Beach, Smith's Cove, and more.
The unit also includes snorkelling equipment, beach toys, bath and beach towels, toiletries, a washer and dryer, and more.

Entertainment:
Guests can enjoy various entertainment options, such as board games, Netflix and Amazon Prime movies on the smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and screen-sharing for video games.

Suitability:
This condo is not wheelchair or elevator accessible, and no smoking in the condo. No pets allowed.

BEACH RESTORATION NOTICE
Please note: The neighboring Marriott resort plans beach restoration works along the shared beachfront from roughly May 25 through late August 2026. There may be construction activity, safety barriers, and temporary limits on beach access at times, including a short full closure of the Regal Beach shoreline currently expected around August 8–17, 2026 (all dates subject to change).

Transportation options include:
• Car Rentals: Available through Kayak.com, Marshall's, or Andy's Rent-a-Car
• Bus Service: A convenient 2-minute walk to the nearest stop, with regular service along West Bay and Seven Mile Beach

Supermarket and Sunday Closures:
Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.
Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.

Accessibility: 3rd-Floor unit. This condo is not wheelchair or elevator accessible.

Please note: The southern end of 7 Mile Beach has been experiencing some migratory sand shifting and beach erosion. The properties south on 7 Mile Beach include the Marriott Beach Resort and Regal Beach Club, have been affected by this erosion at times during the year. This is a seasonal, cyclical and changing situation. There are times when there is a small beach and there are other times when there is no beach. There are a few steps that allow easy access into the Caribbean Sea. Please understand this is mother nature, in which we have no control of.
