One of its best features is your private patio's unobstructed views of the picture-perfect powdery white sand beach and the azure waters of the Caribbean Sea. Regal Beach Club #133 is centrally located on magnificent 7 Mile Beach, arguably the prettiest part of all of this world-famous beach.

Accommodation:
The master bedroom is a spacious retreat with a lovely and very comfortable king bed, views of the beach/Caribbean Sea, pool, en-suite bath and flat-screen television. The second bedroom also has plenty of room with two comfy and colourful twin beds and a guest bath just outside the bedroom. There is a sofa bed in the living area for an additional guest.
The living area offers plenty of relaxing seating with a large screen, flat panel TV and ocean views. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare fantastic meals during your stay.

You are within walking distance to an abundance of restaurants that will fit every taste and budget. Walk to Camana Bay for elegant shopping, dining, coffee shops, gelato or the best views of the island from the tower!

BEACH RESTORATION NOTICE
Please note: The neighboring Marriott resort plans beach restoration works along the shared beachfront from roughly May 25 through late August 2026. There may be construction activity, safety barriers, and temporary limits on beach access at times, including a short full closure of the Regal Beach shoreline currently expected around August 8–17, 2026 (all dates subject to change).

Transportation options include:
• Car Rentals: Available through Kayak.com, Marshall's, or Andy's Rent-a-Car
• Bus Service: A convenient 2-minute walk to the nearest stop, with regular service along West Bay and Seven Mile Beach

Supermarket and Sunday Closures:
Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.
Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.

Accessibility: 3rd-Floor unit. This condo is not wheelchair or elevator accessible.
Parking: Complex parking or car space available (1 vehicle)

PLEASE NOTE: The southern end of 7 Mile Beach has been experiencing some migratory sand shifting and beach erosion. The properties south of 7 Mile Beach including the Marriott Beach Resort and Regal Beach Club, have been affected by this erosion at times during the year. This is a seasonal, cyclical and changing situation. There are times when there is a small beach and there are other times when there is no beach. There are a few steps that allow easy access into the Caribbean Sea. Please understand this is mother nature, which we have no control over.
