My family truly enjoyed our stay here. Walking out to the beach and pool was so fun for the kids. The location was peaceful and private, but still very close to everything you would want to do in the area. We highly recommend and can't wait to come back and stay again.
Small complex just off the 7Mile Strip, directly on its own beach. Lovely grounds and pool, well-maintained( Thanks Carlos) . Sand beach small but good access with water shoes. Our 2 bedroom unit was just off the pool - very clean and cozy. Complex felt very safe with a range of families of all ages. This is a location for a quieter vacation , not the party spot. Walkable to many restaurants, as well as to grocery store and pharmacy . We( family of 3 adults) loved Cocoplum!
Can’t beat the location! Parking spot provided at the complex. Host was very responsive!
