BEACH DETAILS:
Beach is wide and sandy. Some guests prefer water shoes to enter the water as there is soft turtle grass at the shoreline. Sand and turtle grass mix.

Black Urchin Resort is located directly on the beachfront in the south of Grand Cayman. The beach is wide and sandy and offers a beautiful place to enjoy your days on vacation. Shoes are not required on the beach allowing you to feel the soft white sand between your toes as you take an afternoon stroll. Some guests prefer shoes to enter the water as there is soft turtle grass at the shoreline. The soft sandy bottom begins about 100 yards from shore. There is access to non-motorized water sports. This is a great way for all guests to enjoy a day in the turquoise waters. This is an activity for all members of the group to enjoy.
